Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By signing up for or using Invenova POS or any related service (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Invenova provides cloud-based point-of-sale and inventory management software for retail, restaurant, and distribution businesses, along with related POS hardware.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase.
• Prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user’s account.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

Your Data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of that data. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Hardware Sales

POS hardware purchased through Invenova is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and any delivery or return terms communicated to you at the time of order.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service from time to time.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invenova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
